I use two basic graphic programs, written in Pascal:

Their input files are a bit tricky to get used to,
but they are quite powerful.  Their big advantage
is that you can run the from a command line or
from a program.  This means you can easily embed
them into scripts.  I use them often in very complex
scripts to put up results.
