How do the people in the cygwin list think about that?  I can
imagine that a fork would be at least accepted by everybody.

Of course.  The question was about a mailing list dedicated to
all mingw32 issues.  Cross-mailing to the GPC list on gpc/mingw32
topics would be okay, IMHO.

Again:  If a mingw32 mailing list is wanted, I can create one.
