I will be pleased to send the config.cache file or anything else 
needed. As far as I know, the odcctools toolchain 
<http://www.opendarwin.org/projects/odcctools/> can be built cross to 
Darwin on Linux.

Yes, Darwin <http://opendarwin.org/>, the Mac OS X kernel 
<http://darwinsource.opendarwin.org/>, is licensed under the Apple Open 
Source License version 2.0 <http://www.opensource.apple.com/apsl/>, 
which qualifies as both a free 
<http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/apsl.html> and open 
<http://www.opensource.org/licenses/apsl-2.0.php> license.

The Mac OS X (non-Darwin) GUI libraries are not free but the GPC 
testsuite doesn't use them (and even if they were needed, I could send 
stub libraries).
