Under normal circumstances, offline GPC and GCC info documentation is
installed with the compiler. If you do not have an info reader, the GCC
docs are online at http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs. The exact location
of the chapter you want depends on the backend version number,
e.g. http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-3.4.4/gcc/Invoking-GCC.html.
